All the following flowtests are unless otherwise stated in imperial figures in increment changes of 50thou. Tests were done on a Superflow 110 machine and are cubic feet of air per minute or cfm
for short. Many figures are from the Janspeed flowbench, since purchasing my own I am gradually changing the results over, You may well see quite a flow difference between the 2 benchs but the
headwork remains the same so do NOT be alarmed. The Janspeed machine is 20yrs old while mine is new and each ones readings are what they are. I will state 'My bench' where the figs are from my
bench.

VVC and MOTORSPORT (Often incorrectly called VHPD)
The motorsport casting was made by mixing the Std k16 'Casing' with the VVC ports/chamber elements to create a high flowing head which is lighter/ requires no complicated/expensive blanking kits/can
use simpler existing cams- the VVC Inlet No.1+6 bearing are a greater dia, needed to take the mechanism load- this adds weight, is a more expensive blank cam, plus limits using the option of
fitting cheap s/hand cams. First line of figures is the Std Inlet flow. 31.5mm valves. All std parts.
19.3 39.7 62.1 82 9 97.1 106.5 109.9 112.7 113.4
